Having issues with PayPal?

A handful of people find the PayPal link doesn't work unless all the postal address fields are filled in. Something must be entered into: Name, Email, Address, Country, County/State, City and Post code. The payment method is designed to take a postal address, rather than rely on the one associated with PayPal accounts.
